TFX shipped the car from Minneapolis to Toronto, Ontario. It then got moved to this truck and delivered to us here in Ottawa, Ontario. It arrived on Wednesday, September 15, 1999. Here are some pictures.

The truck was HUGE! (The driver Phil was not)

The anticipation of what lay inside almost killed me!

This was my first peek of the car...

We pushed the car into the driveway, Lisa steered the way!

I popped the hood and here's what I saw...

The car has hardly any rust, a small bit here.

The original tachometer has been replaced with this Sun model

Rough, but the car is 99.9% complete

The carpet was bad, smelly too!

On Friday we took out the seats and starting cleaning!

Before we knew it, half the car was dismantled!

It got dark and we had to work with flashlights...

The ripped headliner was dusty and hard to sew, but Lisa fought with it and won!

I swear the car had not been cleaned since it was sitting on the showroom floor.

Lisa and Spray Nine did wonders!

The floor is really good, except the front floor pans. They'll have to be replaced.

Gotta love that view...it's so spacious back here!
