I towed the car to Al's. I've known Al about 10 years, he knows what's going on, I trust him. He is/was going to work on it but things have slowed down. I don't mind because I've got winter storage with all the tools and stuff I need!
Al's Garage, it's an old place
The car has collected a lot of dust
Here's where the air plenum drains, it's hard to find
Working on the heater in my basement
The dash minus the pad
I had to drill the last two bolts out, I guess the pad is toast now!
It was cracked bad, it had to go!
Lisa's stitch job on the headliner
So we took the rear window out to re-seal it
Al wanted to make it into an El Camino! I fought him off.
Might as well replace the windshield while we're at it!
Now's a good time to paint the top of the dash...
Well, should really clean up that instrument panel too!
There was an electrical short in here...lucky I found it!
I tell ya, one thing leads to another!
Al. He's kinda camera shy.
Dave, one of Al's mechanics. He's been a big help!
POR-15 at work! Tough as nails!
Painted it all back here too.
The rear divider I made. The old one was all cut up.
Ahh...the box full of AEA diagrams!
Doing the brakes. Al convinced me to paint those cool orange drums black...good plan!
Norm rebuilt the AFB. What are all those parts?!
My Formula S anti-sway bar, complete with broken brackets!
